    Planning

    Plans tasks per locations

    Your own processes can be easily configured in the system. Your maintenance or housekeeping tasks can be planned per unit, per property (multi-unit) or per location/region (multi-site) for a specific period or around a specific event, such as a new booking (new guest arriving), or a malfunction (works order issued for maintenance purposes).
    You can assign a different specific checklist for each task which is created. This checklist can have visual references for ease such as icons and pictures.

    Execution

    Easily tracks execution and address any issue in real time with the video call capabilities

    The mobile app guides each executor with task assigned and checklist. It is used also as a communication tool and to record the execution of the works.

    Virtual inspection

    Registers the status of the tasks and issues with photos, live video calls and video recordings. The application can be configured according to your process, see some examples below.

    1 – The inspector doesn’t have to physically visit the house to verify as the interaction with staff can be done via video calling, photo or video recording.
    2 – If the inspector is doing live calling or busy and the task executor calls for an agreed inspection, the auto recording mode turns on and a video is sent for verification.
    3 – If there is a quality issue, the inspector can give live instructions so the issue can be addressed straight away before the executor moves to a new location.
